"House Challenge and Thank You"

We had a wonderful turn out for Shop Hop. It was fast, furious and fun! We made some new friends and enjoyed seeing all of our regular customers. Thanks to all of you for coming to our shop and getting your piece of "Pumpkin Pie"... we'll do it again next year!

 "House Challenge"

We are giving you a little teaser about what the Loft is up to next.

This Friday ~ March 15th we will have the information sheet out about the Challenge.

The actual "House Challenge" will start in April.

But for now... we want to wet your appetite and share some photos to get you ready!

Okay.... maybe we can share a little bit more...

There will be different categories to enter and did I mention... Prizes too!

We're going to have a good time!

You will be able to make your house block any way you choose... as you are probably beginning to see by these photos.

They can be any size.... are you getting excited yet?

They can be pieced, appliqued, paper pieced, include wool...???

We would love to have you stop by this Friday and pick up the information sheet about the House Challenge rules.

This will give you time to get your thoughts in place before the kick off day.

The "House Challenge" will begin April 12th
and end on July 12th.

The Country Loft has some of the most creative customers and we are very excited to see what you come up with!

Kathy doesn't let her fingers idle for long...
Look at what she's working on.

This is one of the wool blocks for the new block of the month called.. "Tavern House"
It's beautiful!

We will be beginning this project in July...
I can hardly wait!!!

Okay, here it is again... Vintage Club's quilt by Tonee.

The quilt is "now in the shop" and the picture just doesn't do it justice. We love it Tonee!

We are still taking sign ups for this class. The class is Saturday March 23 from 10-3. Cost is $28

Here are a couple of close-ups.
Tonee has used cotton and wool together.

Those flowers sure to say "Spring is in the Air"

Thanks for stopping by today...
hope to see you soon!

Kathy & Susy
